Guide: How to use GTA:VCS Cheat Device
PSP Category: Category C

Requirements:
A Category C PSP, USB Cable and PC with internet access. GTA VCS Cheat Device
The GTA:VCS Game

Instructions:
Acquire all of the required items above. Keep the VCS Cheat Device zip folder somewhere where you can remember it.
First, unzip the Cheat Device folder. If you don't know how, use WinRAR. Next you should get some cheats together.
You can either go to www.cheatsync.net , make an account and get some codes. If you do, you need to open up topcheats.txt and
add them to that. After that, connect your PSP to your PC and turn USB on, and then run CheatDeviceInstall.exe. That will
install all of the stuff to your PSP. Next, turn off your PSP, holding down the power switch for 5 seconds. Then, when it's off,
hold down the R button and turn it on, still holding onto R. You should have the recovery menu now. Go down to "Plugins", and
make sure the vcscheatdevice.prx is enabled. Next, you should be able to just run GTA:VCS and use those cheats on the cheat
menu!
